In year 1992, Asahi Spraytech (M) Sdn Bhd was originally formed by Mr. Eddie Yu as Colora Spraytech Engineering. The company was managed solely by Mr. Eddie Yu and his wife. After a period of 9 years the company has grown from a small spraying equipment supplier to a large distributor. The overwhelming response from Malaysian customers was great especially on Asahi Sunac products. The company was taken over by an associate company called Asahi Spraytech (M) Sdn Bhd starting from 1st December 2000.

Asahi Spraytech (M) Sdn Bhd is Malaysian-based distributor of spraying equipment. We are proud to be the sole distributor in Malaysia for Asahi, Sunac, Prona and Graco spray painting products. Located in Petaling Jaya where we manage our supplies in a proper and organized manner. Our spray painting equipment is utilized in a wide range of industrial areas such as chemical, furniture, automotive, manufacturing, plastic and more. With 23 years of experience, we can be sure and confident that our range of spraying equipment will provide the right solution for clients’ applications.

This spray painting equipment refers to a device that ejects liquid spray in the form of coating onto a specific surface. The most common type of coating used is paint varnish or ink. This device is available in various sizes and shapes suitable for a specific requirement. The device comprises of nozzle, paint basin, trigger and air compressor. The nozzle shape and size determines the spray paint distribution range. Among the types that we supply are:

1. Double diaphragm pump This double diaphragm pump consists of a variety of moistened metallic and non-metallic materials.  Suitable for abrasive and solid containing liquid.  

2. Electrostatic hand spray gun The trigger features an ergonomic design while the paint hose is made of fluorine resin. Commonly used for metal coating.
    
3. Electrostatic auto hand spray gun and bell This equipment utilizes an air driven rotating spray bell to atomize the paint based on electrostatic concept. It is also used for metal coating.  

4. Electrostatic powder coating system The thermoplastic or thermoset polymer based powder is a dry type coating that does not require solvent for mixing. This equipment is used for metal household appliances and also for drum hardware.  

5. Airless spray system Unlike the other sprayers, this airless spray system uses hydraulic pump to pressurize the liquid rather than compressed air. Suitable for coating exteriors and interiors such as roof, floors, walls, ceilings and lots more.  

6. Conventional and HVLP spray gun Both spray guns are connected to air compressor and operate on high pressure. Ideal for metal, wood, automotive and adhesive application.

• This eco-friendly coater radically reduce the paint thinner consumption and it is available to flush with a short time.
• The main component and hardener are memorized nad controlled by a computer, which is easy to manage and support.
• At solid type two-component paint, this coater is capable of using immediately after a pump, gun, and hosem then setting a mixing rate. Also it is easy to clean by button controlled.
• It is available to place inside of a narrow booth space because of a wall hanging type mini mixing unit. It is easy to take out or set up valves, which is easy to maintain.
